1. Purpose and scope of collection

To access and use some services at JOI NOTE, customers may be required to register personal information (Email, Full Name, Phone Number...). We may also collect information about the number of visits, including the number of pages you view, the number of links you click and other information related to the connection to JOI NOTE website.

All information declared must be accurate and legal. JOI NOTE does not bear any legal responsibility related to the declared information. JOI NOTE is not responsible for and will not settle any complaints related to the interests of that Member providing that all personal information of that member provided during the initial registration is incorrect.

2. Scope of information use

JOI NOTE collects and uses your personal information to contact you directly in the form of: sending welcome letters, orders, promotions, thank you letters, sms, information of technical and security matters… We commit not to disclose customer information as well as use your personal information for illegal purposes.

3. Information storage time

Member's personal data will be stored until there is a request to cancel. In all remaining cases personal information of members will be kept confidential on the server of JOI NOTE.

5. Commitment to keep your personal information confidential

Members' personal information is absolutely confidential committed by JOI NOTE. JOI NOTE will not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party any member's personal information without the member's consent. All member's online transaction information is kept absolutely confidential. The collection and use of information of each member is only done with the consent of that customer, unless otherwise regulated by law. In the event that the server storing such information is attacked by a hacker leading to the loss of member's personal data, JOI NOTE will be responsible for notifying the incident to the legal investigative authorities for timely handling as well as notifying the members.

6. Bad information management

Members will be solely responsible for the security and storage of all activities using the service under their registered name and password. Members are responsible for promptly notifying JOI NOTE about unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security, storage of registered names and passwords by third parties. Members and non-members may not change, modify, assign, copy, distribute, redistribute, provide and create similar tools of the service provided by the JOI NOTE website to a third party without prior consent by JOI NOTE.

7. Resolve Complaint

JOI NOTE is responsible to receive and resolve Customers’ complaints regarding transactions at joinote.com. When complaints and disputes arise, JOI NOTE highly recommends methods of negotiation, remedy between parties in order to maintain relations and trust from the Customers in JOI NOTE’s product.

Step 2: JOI NOTE’s customer service shall receive all the complaints, contact the Customers to clarify within the shortest amount of time possible and not exceeding 5 working days from the date of receiving the complaint. Depending on the nature and seriousness of the matter, JOI NOTE shall provide a more detailed approach to assist the Customers resolve such complaints and disputes.

Step 3: JOI NOTE might request Customers to provide information, proof regarding the transactions, goods to verify the matter and to provide a suitable solution.

Step 4: In the case that JOI NOTE has made an effort on solving the complaints and disputes but the matter goes beyond JOI NOTE’s ability and authority, we ask that the matter be raised to the relevant authorities to resolve according to law and regulations.

Any conflict, complaint or dispute arising from or related to the transactions on the website or these terms and conditions shall be settled based on negotiation, mediation, arbitration and/or by Court according to the Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights in 2010, Chapter 4 on Settlement of Disputes between consumers and organizations or individuals trading goods and/or services.
