RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Step 1:
When you want to exchange or return our products, you can inform us within 7 days of delivery date recorded on the website.
Step 2:
Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to arrange shipping for the returned products, the shipping cost is on us for one first-time return or exchange. Returned products must be intact, unused, with payment invoices and proof of delivery.
Step 3:
- In the case of exchanging products, you can choose to exchange for products of same price; or higher priced products and pay the extra; or lower priced products and receive a voucher equal to the difference for your next shopping.
- In the case of returning products for a refund, you can choose to receive refund to original payment method; or a voucher equivalent to the refund amount for your next shopping. All applicable promotions such as free shipping, coupons, offers, gifts,... will be deducted from the refund amounts. If you would like to request partially refund for products in a combo promotion, the refund amounts will be your original payment deducted unreturned products' official price.
