TERMS OF SERVICES
Step 1: Product searching You may visit the Shop page on our website and browse for desired products. You can filter the products by type, promotion and price. You can read more product information by clicking on the product image or name to go to the product's detailed information page.
Step 2: Add products to cart To choose and buy the desired product, you can click the "Add to cart" button below the product image at the Shop page, the product will be automatically added to your cart with the quantity of 1. On the product detail page, you can also press the "Add to cart" button and customize the desired number of products. For some products with multiple attributes, you can select the product's attributes and then click the "Add to Cart" button. After adding the first product to your cart, you can add other products, or proceed to checkout. You can always review your shopping cart by clicking the "Cart" icon at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Place your order You can put many different products into 1 cart and place 1 order, these products will be packed into 1 package and delivered to the address you have registered. You can adjust the quantity and update the cart before checkout, or fill in the "Promo code" and "Note" (if any). After you have checked the product information in the cart and the shipping fee for your order, you can choose "Checkout" to go to the payment step; or click "Continue Shopping" to choose more products.
Step 4: Login/Register member information For customers who have registered membership, you can choose to "Login" with "Email" and "Password" to make payment easier. For customers who do not have an account, you can continue to fill in your payment information to continue making purchases. Step 5: Shipping details For customers who do not have an account, you can continue to fill in Shipping Details including: Email, Full name, Address, City, Country, Postal code, Phone. Please kindly note that these are required fields to complete purchases and delivery. After completing the information, please select "Continue" and choose Delivery method. Then, you choose "Continue" to move to Payment. Step 6: Payment You can choose a Payment method and Billing Address to be the same or different with the Shipping Address. For the form of Payment by Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD), after completing the order on the website, JOI NQTE staff will contact you to confirm the payment. Please kindly note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders under 300,000 VND.
Step 7: Review and confirm the order You can check the product, quantity, price, delivery information, delivery fee and payment method. If there is any information that needs to be changed, you can choose "Edit"; or select "Edit cart" to change the quantity of the products, or select "Continue Shopping" to add another products. If there is no information to change and you are ready to press "Place Order", please read and select "I agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return Policy". After completing the ordering steps, the system will send you an email to notify you of a successful order via the email address you have registered.
Step 8: Track order status After placing an order successfully, you can track the processing and shipping progress of your order by accessing your account information page to update the latest information about your order.
Step 9: Register for a member account For customers who wish to create an account, please select the "Login" button on the top corner of the screen and select "Register" to create an account at JOI NQTE. Enter your first and last name, email and password and click "Register" to complete the account creation process. You may be asked to verify a Capcha code before successfully creating an account. Upon successful membership registration, you will be automatically logged in and returned to the Home page.
